We're looking for an enthusiastic technical recruiter. In your role as Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the entire hiring process, advising hiring managers, profiling the best candidates, staying up to date on the latest recruiting trends, technology, and practices, attracting the best talent, and providing a memorable candidate experience.

The ultimate candidate


  • Lead our end-to-end recruitment process and establish our sourcing strategy (headhunting, referral campaign, posting, etc.).
  • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.
  • Utilize different tools, such as Linkedin, Github, community forums, meetups, webinars to find and engage passive candidates.
  • Execute different strategies to increase our potential candidates' online engagement, followers, and subscribers.
  • Track and analyze results and impact.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 – 4 years of experience as a technical recruiter.
  • A wide range of sourcing experience, especially in R&D roles.
  • Experience implementing sourcing strategies that address both short-term and long-term hiring needs.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew with the ability to create content in both languages.
  • An in-depth understanding of social media channels and proven experience using them.
  • Having a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent research skills- always on top of industry changes and trends.
  • Positivity with a can-do attitude.
